PoppaTrip charges a one-time $9.99 USD to generate your complete personalized trip. No subscription, no recurring charges.
If the Service cannot generate your trip after you've paid — for example, our AI or search providers are down and generation fails after retries — you get an automatic refund to your original payment method. You don't need to ask. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
If your trip generated but you're not happy with it, email us within 14 days of purchase at admin@goodgaryapps.com with the email address you used at checkout. We'll either fix the problem or refund you — we don't argue over $9.99.
Solo trips are stored in your browser. If you cleared your browser data or switched devices after purchasing, contact us with your Stripe receipt and we'll restore your unlock so you can regenerate your trip at no extra charge.
Please contact us before opening a card dispute — we resolve legitimate problems faster than the dispute process does, and we honor the guarantee above.
