PoppaTrip ("the Service") is operated by Good Gary Apps LLC ("we", "us"). By using poppatrip.com you agree to these terms.
PoppaTrip is an AI-assisted trip-planning tool. You describe your trip preferences, and the Service generates suggested places, accommodations, day-by-day plans, and booking links. Planning tools (the questionnaire and trip preview) are free. Generating your complete personalized trip requires a one-time payment of $9.99 USD per trip. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Recommendations are generated by AI from public web sources and may contain errors — opening hours, prices, availability, and other details can be out of date or wrong. Always verify important details (bookings, tickets, transport, visas) with the venue or provider before relying on them. The Service is a planning aid, not a travel agency, and we are not a party to any booking you make with third parties.
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. If the Service fails to generate your trip after payment, you receive an automatic refund. Our full policy, including the money-back guarantee, is on the Refunds page. By purchasing, you request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that, where an EU/UK statutory withdrawal right would otherwise apply, it is waived once generation begins — the refund policy above applies instead.
Booking links in your itinerary may be affiliate links: if you book through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects which places the AI recommends.
Solo trips are stored in your own browser (localStorage), not on our servers — clearing your browser data deletes your trip. We recommend downloading the PDF export of any trip you want to keep permanently. If you choose "Save this trip," we store a copy of that trip on our servers behind a private, unguessable link so you can reopen and edit it on another device. Anyone who has that link can view and edit the trip, so share it only with people you trust; you can delete the saved copy at any time ("Forget saved trip"), and saved trips are automatically removed after 180 days of inactivity. Group trips are stored on our servers so your group can share them. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Don't abuse the Service: no automated scraping, no attempts to bypass payment or usage limits, no resale of generated content as your own service. We may block traffic that threatens the Service's availability or costs.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the trip in question. We are not liable for losses arising from third-party bookings, travel disruptions, or reliance on AI-generated details.
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
